To buy a plan and enjoy our services please follow these steps:

1. Enter our website, on the menu bar, select Pricing and choose the plan type you are interested in.

2. Once you select an option you will automatically be redirected to the section where the subscription is located (with the description and details) and it will also be added to the shopping cart.

3. If you are not registered, go to the "Register" option and fill in the relevant form. This will include your personal and payment data required to subsequently approve your registration.

4. When you successfully make your payment, you will receive an email with the purchase details (item, subscription number, etc.) and your status will be automatically updated reflecting the type of plan you have purchased.

In the event that your website and digital platform do not comply with normal evaluation standards, the portal will issue a report of the faults upon audit completion.
It depends on the contained services in the plan, because each plan has periods established for compliance.
Monitoring services are monthly as are the payments.

Delivery times vary according to the service sent to the customer:

- Web quality technical diagnosis (Audit): 5 days from the plan purchase.

- Web / email failure alert: 1 day after delivery of technical report.

- Best practices of e-Commerce audit: 5 days after delivery of technical report.

- Quality seals: 2 days after approval of the audit reports.
